The Thermo Fisher Scientific HPLC business has been setting decisive and innovative trends for many years in the development, manufacturing and marketing of instruments and software for High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). The expertise of our highly qualified staff contributes significantly to our economic success, enabling us to continuously expand our site in Germering near Munich. 

For the support of our Team we are searching for a

C# / .NET Software Developer (f/m)

Your Tasks:


  • Design, implementation, documentation and unit testing of software modules in the .NET environment
  • Further development and maintenance of existing modules
  • Preparation and review of test plans, test execution and documentation of the test results


Your Qualifications:

  • A completed science, technical or IT degree
  • Good knowledge and experience in software development with C # / .NET and SQL databases
  • Knowledge of web development with ASP.NET / ASP.NET MVC, HTML5 and JavaScript, or the willingness to continue in these areas
  • Structured, very careful, and at the same time creative way of working, even in cross-site teams
  • Experience with agile software development processes (eg Scrum) and their quality assurance (unit tests, automated component tests, continuous integration)
  • good written and spoken English knowledge
  • Advantages would be knowledge and experience in the following areas:
    • JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, ReactJS, or Knockout
    • Cloud technologies (e.g., Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure)
    • Mobile platforms (Android, iOS, Xamarin)
