Job Description

(Direct Ownership)

  • Assess product positioning w.r.t to competition & target market segments and develop strategies to meet AOP & drive growth.
  • Work closely with APAC BDM, Commercial and India finance team to drive annual pricing process & competitive benchmarking.
  • Identify opportunities for Promotional Schemes to drive product line growth
  • Identify training needs for direct and indirect channels and conduct training programs to enhance sales team competencies
  • Build a comprehensive product demo / sampling plan across India and drive the same. Monitor demo inventory usage and accountability to have effective ROI
  • Support commercial team and customers on technical queries & quality complaints
  • Manage portfolio offering by defining product positioning & identifying product gaps. Develop and manage suppliers to ensure right product offering w.r.t features, price and channel model (complete/partial exclusivity) (ONLY for 3PP)


  • Work closely with marketing team for executing product awareness campaigns and new product launches.
  • Support commercial team for leads/enquiries of respective product lines
  • Work closely with commercial and supply chain teams for ensuring right level of inventory stocking as per business needs and the responsibility for liquidating the same ensuring NIL P&L impact
