Job Description
Service Support Representative(Service Admin)
Based in Seoul, Korea

Provide administrative and sales support to business for Service & Support function to maximize commercial success. This involves interacting with staff, customers and other stakeholders to enable the successful achievement of corporate, team and individual goals.

  • Answering service sales enquiries, redirecting queries where appropriate
  • Call and e-mail customers on contract expiry status as well as monthly contract expiry update to Service Team
  • Prepare localized brochure or leaflet of Service products as well as value proposition proposal for customer review for renewal. Preparation of service history report for contract renewal requirement
  • Support contract negotiation and contract agreement document preparation
  • Support PPS bidding documents for KFDA or Government site.
  • Provide update and support Instrument GA Sales Team on equipment information, service products, promotion and marketing information
  • Support and update Field Service Engineer of customer site visit, contract information and special customer request related to our Service products
  • Support quotation creation and technical information related to Qualification Services (OQ,IPV , PDC , Temperature Verification , FPPM)
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager

  • Responsible for ordering spare parts and tracking of urgent spare parts orders from overseas
  • Tracking and monitoring of service billable funnel
  • Administers the Service Contract and ad-hoc billable business through quotation, contract creation and invoicing
  • Provide information to other departments relating to Installation, Service Billing and Consignments
  • Undertakes SAP maintenance through clearing of material transfer between storage locations, creation of service orders
  • Preparing some GRC document to ship PCR (Invoice, Packing List, reason document) to SG
  • Assist invoicing requirement to government website
  • Ensure that office spare inventory is accurate with material movement tracked
  • Advocate and gate keeper for policy and procedure
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, marketing, sales field with relevant experience in multinational company for around 2 years ( However fresh graduated candidates are welcome to apply)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hangul and English
  • Excellent telephone manner, customer service, sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • An understanding of commercial administrative and invoicing systems
  • An understanding of the operation of a field service organization
  • Intermediate skill levels in MS Office packages, especially Excel
  • An ability for practical learning and independent work practices
  • A high degree of attention to detail
  • Excellent numeracy skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and deadline
  • Ability to prioritized tasks
  • Taking ownership and responsibilities
  • Positive and independent
  • Ability to quickly learn new skills/processes/software
