Job Description

Position Summary:

The marketing specialist who has equal Precision Medicine application (focus on Oncology /Cancer related applications) and marketing experience. The role requires a marketer able to communicate and influence across BU across Product Line across Functions. This role requires someone who is as comfortable with data as he/she is with meeting customers. The role is responsible for Precision Medicine related knowledge on customer workflow and put cross technologies as total solution delivered to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Technical workflows& related marketing/sales tools for Thermo Fisher involved portfolio in HK precision medicine market
  • Develop Value Propositions for Thermo Fisher involved portfolio for HK precision medicine customers
  • KOL relationship build up and management in HK Precision Market & Understand GMP and related regulatory/ influence and participate regional sales efforts to contribute driving cross divisional business growth
  • Drive cross division marketing activities to present Thermo Fisher involved Portfolio/Solutions in the market
  • Localize the best practice/ applications/ workflows developed in China team in Precision Medicine market to Hong Kong Region to benefit HK business growth

Education & Working experience:

  • B.S. Degree in scientific field, advanced marketing degree or MBA preferred
  • 3+ years’ experience in clinical or bioscience marketing, sales and/or clinical research
  • Working knowledge of gene and protein technology desired.
  • Strong track record of managing key opinion leader relationships to produce substantial proof of competitive benefit
  • Demonstrated ability to identify key buying influences and develop compelling value proposition statements that drive customer behavior
