Responsibilities:

  • Manages front end of recruiting process conducting first level screening of candidates;
  • Industry market research including data analytics;
  • Drives the creation, development and implementation of sourcing strategy;
  • Sets and reinforces best practices for sourcing execution;
  • Proactive and pre-emptive continuous pipelining with new technology;
  • Master user for recruitment dedicated system.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or above;
  • Fluent business level Mandarin and proficient English Language;
  • At least 2 years in headhunting or in-house TA experience, specialize in Bio/Life Science/Semi-conduct is a plus;
  • Strong, proactive communications
