Job Description

1. Outsourcing service management:

  • Establish and optimize internal procedures to flexibly support business development
  • Review and control labor cost to achieve annual financial planning
  • Monitor and improve vendor performance to enhance satisfaction from both employees and employers
  • Work with multi-sectors for annual vendor review, audit and contract renewal

2. Service Supplier & Dealer management:

  • Establish and optimize internal procedures to flexibly support business development
  • Closely connect with legal & channel to acquire and utilize latest internal guidance
  • Monitor and improve partner performance to achieve financial goals and operation requirements
  • Work with multi-sectors for annual partner review and authorization

3. Admin:

  • Organize annual kick-off meetings and other internal meetings & activities
  • Maintain internal iconnect website & WeChat official account
  • Update HC summary report and organization charts

Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree.
2. 3+ years in administrative management, better with outsourcing service management experience
3. Fluent in English
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Self-motivated and well-organized with strong execution capability
