  • Achieve sales target of territory. 达成所辖区域的销售指标。
  • Initiate sales promotion strategy and plan in local market, get approval from Regional Manager and fulfill the plan. 制定当地市场的销售推广策略和计划,向大区经理获得审批,并执行计划。
  • Visit end users to understand their application needs, develop and maintain the Key Account in territory. 拜访终端客户了解他们的使用需求,发展和维护所辖区域内的关键客户。
  • Follow management guidance and direction to develop and manage the distributor. 根据管理层的指示和方向,发展和管理所辖区域的经销商。

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above in medicine, clinical laboratory, or relevant majors 医学或生物相关专业大学本科以上学历;
  • 3+ years experience in sales and distribution channel management position, with successful track record 有外企医疗行业3年以上的销售和经销商管理工作经验;
  • Good communication skill, High team spirit良好的客户沟通技巧,高度的团队协作精神;
  • Willing to travel frequently适应经常出差;
  • Work hard, and willing to face challenge 乐于接受挑战;
