How Will You Make an Impact?

The Senior Financial Analyst acts as a partner with our six divisional North America sites in identifying & measuring various site performance indicators while implementing standardization strategies in reviewing financial metrics throughout the division.


What will you do?

  • Financial modeling – Conceptualize, develop and prepare advanced models, analyze and make recommendations that incorporate operational data to support driver-based analysis and forecasting.
  • Assist in the implementation of a uniform approach to measuring and evaluating standard financial performance.
  • Monitor and analyze business processes by providing & tracking actuals vs. budget and forecasts while identifying anomalies and making recommendations.
  • Support Division business reviews by providing financial insight to trends, financial metrics, and develops proactive alternatives for improving results for above mentioned areas.
  • Change agent: Encourages new ideas, processes and approaches. Champions and enables a culture of multidisciplinary problem solving, teamwork, flexibility, execution, quality and effective communication.

How will you get there?


Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or closely related field


Experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Hyperion Reporting a must
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in a complex, multi-site manufacturing environment
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power Point
  • Skilled in financial modeling, creating business cases and data analysis
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to adapt styles to different situations and people, as well as to a complex business structure with a diverse portfolio of products & services
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use those skills to influence and drive change
  • Self-motivated, bias for action.
  • Ability to “roll up your sleeves” and dive into the weeds
  • Ability to travel up to 20% on an annual basis
