Sales Operations Analyst - EMEA

Position Summary:

The EMEA Sales Operations Analyst ole will be focused on maximizing the sales teams performance through improved use of new mobility tools, analytics, new sales processes and CRM systems to accelerate sales growth. This role will involve working closely with the BPD (Bio-production Division) Leadership, Global CRM Team and internal functions on building the operational best practices, and then training the Sales Teams on how to apply this more effective way of working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Involved in developing the BPD SFE roadmap aligned to BPD Commercial strategy
  • Strengthening Sales Processes for BPD e.g. Adherence to RACI, Analytics provision
  • Subject matter expert in sales process related to SF.com
  • Drive iPad Mobility tool use across the Sales, Support function
  • Training and support the sales teams on all sales related processes and tools
  • Partnering with Commercial Leaders, Global teams on SFE strategy
  • Strengthen the BPD Marketing - Sales Lead Gen process
  • Follows PPI best practice on processes
  • Supporting the wider LSG SFE, Sales ops function

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Commercial experience preferably in a data analyst capacity
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/IT/ Engineering/Science or related field
  • Strong system & analytical skills e.g. CRM-SF.com
  • Strong people skills (Training experience)
  • Process Improvement experience or certification
  • Understanding of the Life sciences market
