  • Contact customers for payment of past due invoices, ensure complete coverage of assigned portfolio each month with appropriate documentation in CODA. Maintain accounts in compliance with established NA collection processes
  • Participate in customer visits/meetings, as needed
  • Identification and resolution of disputed items or charges
  • Special handling of invoices per customer request, including summary billings and posting of electronic invoices to customer websites
  • Maintain accounts within established acceptable parameters for metrics on 90+ aging/cash collected, dispute resolution and compliance with payment terms

Minimum Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill or ability required.

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2 years’ experience in accounts receivable and business-to-business collections including dispute resolution
  • Experience with AR metrics (DSO, ADP, >90, Bad Debt Allowance)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Continuous Improvement / PPI methodology preferred
  • Microsoft PC applications including Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Good organizational skills
  • Must be able to prioritize and multi-task
  • Pleasant telephone demeanor. Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Team oriented
