The Position

Key responsibilities include, but are not exclusively:

• Effective and accurate coordination of planning activities to meet the needs of internal and external


• Analysis of customer forecasts and their implementation in the production plan

• Independence in the framework of assigned tasks and position-related matters

• Managing the team of employees, defining and evaluating their goals, their

development, motivation, ensuring substitutability, developing the potential of the whole team

• Organizing the entire group to achieve goals in line with the company strategy

• Responsibility for creating and observing the annual budget of the department

• Support for other departments within projects and programs (NPI, transfer, outsourcing, etc.)

• Identification and management of bottlenecks in planning processes, follow-up processes affecting

the activity of the planning group and the overall performance of the department and the firm

• Management and coordination of inventory management activities

• Responsibility for proper archiving of relevant documents related to the activities of the department • Responsibility for activities related to SOX compliance

• Ownership and responsibility for carrying out activities related to the continuous improvement of the

processes of separation and implementation of new projects in order to achieve higher efficiency

and cost optimization - implementation of best practice in the area

• Compliance with valid IMS, EMS and management documentation

• Employee will perform additional tasks according to instructions by his supervisor


  • Work experience on a similar position minimum of 3 years (advantage experience in corporate

    manufacturing company)

  • Knowledge of ERP-systems and MRP (QAD advantage)
  • Requirement of minimum secondary education
  • Experience with people management min. 1 year
  • Knowledge of ERP-systems (QAD advantage)
  • Excellent knowledge of PC (MS Office - minimum Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Fluent communication in English (both written and spoken)
  • Communicative and team personality
  • Analytical abilities, precision
  • Flexibility and independence
