Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Value Propositions and total solution for Thermo Fisher Full portfolio in food safety vertical market
  • Execute cross division commercial activities to present Thermo Fisher Full Portfolio/Solutions in the market in order to bringing incremental business growth
  • Roll-out VM designed projects & initiatives
  • Key Activities this position will undertake include:
    • Full portfolio solution development for FS vertical market
      • Understanding full division’s portfolio solution
      • Understanding different customer clusters’ needs
      • Research of key competitors’ solution advantage and weakness
      • Work out Thermo Fisher’s full solution in vertical market & training to sales

Critical Competencies to Drive Business Results

  • Portfolio/Solution Effectiveness
    Understands Thermo Fisher full portfolio and able to converts into marketing solution according to different customer clusters’ needs
  • Strong Execution to Ensure Strategy Implementation
    Understands vertical strategy and strong execution

Education & Working experience:

  • B.S. Degree in scientific field, project management & training capability is preferred
  • >2 years’ experience in science marketing or sales, food safety relative working experience is a plus
  • Able and willing to learn new technology and new skill
  • Well communication skills required, either to internal partner or external customers
  • Well oral and written English skill.
  • Well computer skills using windows and Microsoft office
