About the job
This role is designed to build on Patheon’s place within Thermo Fisher by delivering co-ordination and management of the Technology Transfer of new or internal commercial products onto our site; acting as a liaison between our Condo client and internal functions to ensure that all needs are met against defined project plans and delivery milestones
Working closely with the Technical Business Manager you will be responsible for defining the scope of work required for a new Condo client; collating and disseminating the technical information received from the client, defining and agreeing internal team resources (manufacturing, validation, engineering, quality, regulatory and purchasing) through to monitoring progress to best achieve project milestones. This requires you to continuously keeps the project scope in check and escalate if the scope changes or there are any potential timeline delays.
You will be confident in your abilities to influence and work through others as their specialized dedication and expertise will be required in order to ensure project success. You will be clear in defining each function’s role and responsibility and then hold them accountable for delivering on their objectives. This means superb communication and organisational skills.
You will be a graduate with a science based degree alongside extensive project management experience from the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector. You must be able to multi-task well and wear several different hats throughout the manufacturing process. You will be ready for anything through your superb critical thinking, analytical, budgeting, time management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
