How will you make an impact?
The Channel Program Manager will lead the evolution and execution of divisional channel reporting and analysis for non-digital channels for the Biosciences Division, in addition to owning the strategy, deployment and analysis of select channel programs and/or platforms. In addition, this individual will assist the broader team in developing and executing select operational processes on behalf of the team and/or divisional marketing organization such as (but not limited to) budgets, calendars, event planning, and other projects assigned to the team.

What will you do?
This individual will be a key member of the Global Biosciences Divisional Channel Marketing Team, serving internal and external business partners, and providing insights necessary to drive strategic decisions within the team. The successful candidate will have the proven leadership and collaboration skills necessary to lead initiatives within a broad team, and also across multiple businesses, departments, and geographies. Strong analytical, project management, and leadership skills are necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Turn analytics into insights: lead and evolve analytical reporting for the team’s key platforms; providing insights to program managers, channel marketing managers and business partners to push our programs forward
  • Own the monthly and quarterly team reporting mechanisms, ensuring coordination across the channel marketing team; including ownership of select portions of the reports
  • In coordination with finance partners, be conduit for channel financial reporting and insights for broader channel marketing team
  • Own select channel marketing programs and/or platforms, developing strategic frameworks and relevant KPIs
  • Collaborate across multiple stakeholders (internal and external) to optimize the return on investment of channel programs and platforms for a variety of channels and regions
  • Lead the coordination of global, regional, corporate and channel partners in the strategy and planning and execution of assigned channel, team, and/or divisional events and training
  • Act as an ambassador of brand, division and channel – understanding and representing the importance and value of each in all interactions and communication
  • May perform other related duties as required and/or assigned

How will you get here?

  • 5+ years of experience providing insightful marketing analytics and reporting
  • Exceptional analytical skills, as well as project management, communication and planning skills necessary
  • Demonstrated track record of success in the implementation of marketing programs
  • Organizational skills, detail-oriented, and ability to prioritize are essential
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Analytics)
  • Experience using and manipulating data housed in enterprise data warehouses
  • Experience working with non-digital, sales channels from either supplier or distributor perspective
  • Proven collaboration skills working across broad functions working in a complex environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or science; MBA preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:

  • BS in Marketing, Technical or related field
  • 5+ years of experience providing insightful marketing analytics and reporting
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
