-This position ensures complete customer satisfaction by providing end to end commercial services, such as order entry, order processing, payment collection and support service logistics and etc. to customers.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
-Identify & respond to customer inquires. Provide a client focused first point of contact to answer customer inquires, process customer orders.
-Process orders for domestic customer and enter order into SAP system. Ensure the accuracy of order entry and changes;
-File orders/request according to guidelines/policy;
-Set order priorities according to revenue needs, customer needs and special sales situation;
-Proactively communicate order confirmations/changes to customer and as well as Buyer
-Be knowledgeable about products to answer customer enquiries.
-Coordinate between customer, supply chain and sales team to ensure the success order proceed and product on time delivery;
- Clarify detailed collection info so that Finance team could reverse related AR record;
-Various other duties as requested by the department manager
-College degree, majored in Business administration, Biology, supply chain, mechanical, electrical, or international trade; International trade and supply chain degree will be preferred;
-Above 2 year relevant experience.
-Detail - oriented and well organized.
-Rich knowledge with contract terms, conditions, Logistics, business and international trade
-Basic knowledge of Finance and credit
-Good communication and teamwork skills with customers, keep "customer satisfaction" as a guiding factor;
-Good English communication skills both in written and oral
-Good computer skills, proficient with MS Excel/ERP system.
Non-negotiable Hiring Criteria:
- College and above degree in business administration, supply chain, Biology or international trade;
-2+ years of Customer Service or sales assistant experience
-Effective communication with customer and internal organization;
-Timeliness following up with customer request and internal inquiries;
- Proficient MS Excel and have the knowledgement about ERP
- Good written and oral communication in English preferred
