Job Description
Position Summary:

With Commercial manager direction and support, the position is responsible for developing and implementing the sales and marketing strategies and activities of the Thermo Fisher Scientific CDD (Clinical Diagnostic Division )Taiwan to achieve sales and profit targets through increasing market demand, market share, segment penetration and KOLs networking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with commercial manager in creating demand and product promotion to reach sales target.
  • Initiate local sales plan based on division/ group marketing strategies.
  • Strengthen networking with key opinion leaders to understand clinical needs, provide effective applications and valuable solutions.
  • Manage channel with tracking sales progress, conducting training and sharpen customer service in territory.
  • Expectation:
  • Happy to be pioneer to develop new products.
  • Healthcare industry or clinical marketing of medical devices experience.
  • Good communication skill with team work spirit.
  • Good presentation skill, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Good knowledge in clinical diagnostic products and setting.

  • BS/MS of Medical Technology, Bioscience, Biotech or MBA/ EMBA.


2+ years IVD/medical device experience in sales , product application and marketing of clinical diagnostics with successful track record.
