Job Description
Chemical Sales Representative - Bulk Sales
Based in Seoul, Korea

Main Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate day-to-day workloads within bulk sales and organize staff to ensure that this is covered according to priorities commensurate with business needs.
  • Adopt a hands-on approach as and when required in order to meet customer needs.
  • Develop and manage customer/vendor relationships.
  • Review, develop and formulate bulk sales systems and procedures.
  • Support, coach and develop personnel to maximize the development of resources and maintain efficiency.
  • Be accountable for ensuring that personnel in the bulk sales team have personal development plans.
  • Assess and make provision for overtime requirements.
  • Work with Human Resource Department to ensure that appraisals, discipline and counseling procedures are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain communication links at all levels including liaising with other departments.
  • Ensure good standards of housekeeping and safety are implemented and maintained.
  • Ensure IT systems within the bulk sales department are used for their intended purpose and not abused.
