Manage Internal and external communication on behalf of Director, China by processing incoming & outgoing emails and by answering phone calls in a professional manner;
Manage calendar and schedule key meetings and serve as meeting facilitator (translation, minutes creation and distribution, periodically follow-up on action plans) if necessary;
Manage documents (included preparation, printing, copying, faxing, mailing and hard/soft copy filing) in a tidy and effective way;
Assist with periodically collection of data and preparation of routine and business reports.
Responsibilities (Travel Arrangement)
Make arrangements for staff(s) as required for the required travel location. Arrangements can include: Visa requirements, flight bookings, transfer bookings, hotel reservations, office arrangements, relevant printouts, car rental service, etc.

Maintain & Update documents and databases for the team to share
Do some data analysis to support some decision making
Make some draft report based the data analysis and collection
Response for the team on-line portal update and maintenance

Make Schedule/calendar of staffs; Keep track of availability of meeting facilities within the department location, phone calls, voice mail, e-mails, faxes, reports, distribution list; Monitor and manage the above items to respective parties, and following-up on items requiring actions.
Responsibilities (General Administrative duties)
Department records and files, purchase orders for business related services, stationary and others; Manage some team properties; Lead and organize some team events.
Bachelor degree and above; Proficiency in English, both in Spoken and Written; Good communication skills; Good knowledge and skillful in PowerPoint and Excel is a must; 2+ years of secretarial and administrative experience, supporting a senior level manager/director is preferred.
