To provide quality technical support to ensure that customers receive accurate advice on product use, guidance on product selection, and resolution of technical complaints.
- To provide accurate technical advice on customer’s usage, production selections and troubleshooting case, provide quick and professional resolution on technical complaints case.
- Serve as a customer liaison and being responsible for promoting and maintaining positive relationship with the customer.
- Respond to customers' inquiries regarding of custom DNA oligo synthesis service and custom Sanger’s sequencing service mainly over phone or in written manners.
- Resolve customers' complaints in a technical nature.
- Resolve industry customers' applications /complaints by customer visit/seminar/hand-on experiments etc.
- Ph.D of Biology, majored in molecular biology are preferred;
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience of qPCR,STR are preferred;
- Experience of custom DNA oligo synthesis service and custom sequencing service are preferred.
- Proven ability to digest large amounts of new and complex technical information in a short time;
- Good command of communication and presentation skills;
- Hands-on experience of NGS, EMSA, FISH would be plus.
- High energy, team player and the ability to work under pressure.
- Willing to accept the travel frequency of up to 20-30%.
