Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process supplier invoices, including inventory and non-inventory vendors.
  • Sort daily mail to resend invoices to relevant parties for approval
  • Review cost discrepancy reports, follow up and solve the problems
  • Work with other departments to resolve difference, quantity and product discrepancies
  • Ensure that suppliers’ statements remain current and maintain good relationship with them
  • Other ad hoc duties to assist accounting team, including filing and key entry

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • College diploma in Accounting
  • Previous work experience in finance area considered an asset
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Strong keyboarding and organizational skills; must be detail oriented
  • Ability to meet deadlines and deal with issues and complaints in diplomatic and positive manner
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Open to change and learn new skills
