For the support of our Team we are searching for a

Customer Services representative for Poland (located in Budapest, Hungary)

Your Tasks:

  • Process telephone / fax / written / web orders within the divisions guidelines, relay price and availability of products to customers where necessary
  • Deal with new account set up and changes and load yearly pricing agreements as well as quotes within the divisions guidelines
  • Answer office telephone calls regarding orders, price inquiries, complaints, etc. and deal with incoming e-mails of the generic e-mail address
  • Liaise between the customer and warehouse/planning regarding delivery of back-ordered products
  • Provide support to customers who require guidance and advice on the Company E-Commerce Ordering System for consumable products incl. timely web registrations.
  • Deal with customer complaints on instrument and consumables orders. Monitor and provide feedback on quality issues of products, shipping, etc with the objective of retaining customers and reviewing customer satisfaction. Where necessary, arranges product returns and/or credits within the divisions guidelines
  • Manage Polish Demo & Consignment Inventory stock

Skills:

  • Commercial Education or similar education
  • Fluent in Polish or good writen Polish and German and good English language skills
  • Experience with ERP Module
  • Experience in a customer contact/ order administrator role
  • Must possess excellent administration, organisational aptitude and the ability to plan and time manage various tasks
  • Must be able to work effectively both on an individual level and within a team environment
  • Competent Microsoft Office user
  • High level of accuracy is essential
