Summary:
  • Effective management and monitoring of sales and demand marketing within Thailand.
  • Work with all license partners of BRAHMS to establish and increase sales of PCT and the BRAHMS biomarkers in Thailand.
  • Manage distributor (s) for direct sales products (CDD products).
  • Develop in coordination with regional marketing commercial plans that will support the achievement of the target for Thailand.
  • Responsible in coordination with Licensed Partners and distributor(s) for working with provincial Health authorities to establish maximum allowances for use of PCT and other BRAHMS biomarkers in hospitals and clinical laboratories.
  • Develop a local Key Opinion Leader (KOL) network from the Clinical and IVD professionals within the Health Care Sector in Thailand.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Management of sales to achieve Revenue via license partner and distribution partner sales within Thailand.
  • Preparation, Execution and Monitoring in coordination with regional marketing commercial activities for novel biomarkers.
  • Manage all clinical trials in conjunction with the regional marketing.
  • Drive demand by conducting “Expert Speaker” sessions, CME and other awareness events for Thailand, in coordination with the regional marketing.
  • Development and advancement of Key Customer contacts.
  • Planning and controlling of revenue and cost budgets in Thailand.
  • Manage Distributors.
  • Maintain relationship with Licensed Partners and distributor(s) though regular reviews and keeping abreast with the current market trends.
  • Regular discussions and feedback with the regional marketing team to provide current market situation


Requirements:
  • University Degree in life sciences or medical science related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years industry experience with a successful track record for sales and marketing in the area of diagnostics, pharmaceuticals or medical products.

Other Attributes:
  • Experience with organizing marketing activities focused on continued medical education.
  • Prior experience sales channel/distribution experience.
  • Proven ability to manage a budget and sales forecasts.
  • Efficient work organizational skills.
  • Experience in large corporations.
  • Good English skills in both written and spoken English.
