Position Summary:
We are seeking a talented Manager, Product Management with exceptional product management skills to join our team at our Logan, UT location. The ideal candidate will be courageous, outgoing, analytical, disciplined, agile, and team oriented. Would also be results and proactive solution driven, along with having the ability to think critically to overcome potential business hurdles to complete tasks.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide input to the business unit strategic plan
  • Identifies and / or reviews new product concepts
  • Understand market needs and trends
  • Analyze market, competition
  • Product life cycle management from inception to obsolescence
  • Responsible for product line revenue and margin performance
  • Work cross functionally on all product related matters

Also responsible for:

  • Pricing
  • Product change management and communications
  • Product initiatives
  • Commercial and customer support
  • Technical support
  • Product demo pool and process
  • Develop and conduct comprehensive product training
  • Field communications
  • Opportunity management
  • Marketing plan

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a BS/BA is required
  • 3-5 years experience including responsibility in related marketing/product management experience
  • Has worked in marketing led organizations
  • Experience managing product lines
  • Strong communication skills
  • Require up to 30% travel including international
  • Ability to work in a multinational/multicultural environment
  • Global business acumen
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong technical capabilities consistent with market segment
  • Experience with strategic planning, forecasting, budgeting and analysis of business situations, competitive profiles and pricing analysis
  • Demonstrated experience with working with customers and commercial teams
  • Ability to effectively present to all levels of an organization internally and externally

Preferred Qualifications (nice to have):

  • MBA preferred.
