Job Description

The digital analyst will assist in efforts to transform digital data and reporting into insights, optimizations recommendations and results. The incumbent help to identify key performance indicators (KPI), tracking needs, collect data and investigate data patterns within the entire platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide performance insight of digital campaigns and expertise covering a variety of digital channels including SEM, SEO, display 3rd party and social
  • Troubleshoot Adobe Analytics tracking issues including page tags, conversion tracking, custom events, and ecommerce tracking
  • Manage multiple analytics systems, and give insight into the customer journey, share complex technical information with non-technical backgrounds/stakeholders
  • Manage and maintain the demand generation channel integration platform. Create demand generation channel reports, visualizations and dashboards
  • Develop, enhance and disseminate digital marketing dashboards to optimize digital marketing operations and explore insights
  • Provide training for internal employees on usage of Adobe Analytics tools and best practices if required
  • Track marketing campaign performance against key performance indicators
  • Collaborate with divisional and Business Unit Stakeholders on digital performance and optimization opportunities of marketing campaigns
  • Develop, standardize and maintain digital marketing segments and SOP documents
  • Identify key needs or gaps and provide suggestion to close gaps and perform Ad-hoc analysis per required

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree required (Science or Math preferred)
  • 3 years' of demonstrated experience working with web analytics platforms: Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
  • 2 years’ marketing, web analytics, e-commerce experience
  • 1 year of experience with Cognos
  • 1 year of media platform experience (AMO, adobe social or likewise)
  • 1-3 years’ experience reporting channel performance
  • 2 years’ of demand gen native platform experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Java scrip language or sql
  • MBA a plus
  • Web implementation experience a plus
  • Experience with BI and reporting tools, Tableau experience is a plus
