As Onsite Stocking Project Manager you will work within the eSolutions team supporting Global Corporate eBusiness. You will drive channel revenue growth through expansion of new and optimization of existing Onsite Stocking locations. This includes product mix optimization, coordination of equipment installation and servicing, supporting contract execution and coordinating with various technology platforms. This position will work directly with our customers, commercial operations, IT and marketing.
You will be directly responsible for the regional performance of Thermo Fisher Scientific’s Onsite Stocking portfolio, monitoring KPIs and taking actions to drive results that benefit our customer and our company.
Directly responsible for the regional Onsite Stocking performance (revenue, engagement, etc).
Work with commercial teams to implement new stocking locations in strategic locations with tangible opportunity for business growth.
Ensure maximum productivity of existing Onsite Stocking locations through mix optimization and marketing campaigns.
Maximizing project management output by acquiring projects within an agreed schedule and setting customer expectations.
Field based solution support as needed. Including but not limited to: onsite equipment/solution setup, network connectivity/troubleshooting, end user/host training.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Excellent data analysis and ability to apply these skills to generating business decisions.
Experience developing cross-functional internal relations working relationships including sales, IT, marketing and operations.
Proven ability to see improvement opportunities and address with creative solutions.
Customer focused with strong selling skills.
Experience developing relationships with multiple customer functions including R&D end-users and leadership, Procurement, Finance, and Operations.
Proven ability to manage and report on opportunity metrics and revenue
Working knowledge of customer procurement systems and practices including eProcurement, Web, etc.
2 to 3 years’ experience in Sales and/or Marketing.
BA or BS in Life Sciences, Business or Marketing.
