TECHNICAL SALES SPECIALIST FOR AH

Territory: Brazil

Position Objective:

The AH Technical Sales Specialist require a strong support and business aptitude. The position support customers and sales team

In order to bring solutions and increase business and loyalty. The TSS will use his technical knowledge, product features,

benefits and applications accompanied with selling and business building skills to successfully promote and consummate the sale

of Company products and services in accordance with sales and marketing plans.

Responsibilities:

Support the sales team and Key Accounts to determine customer needs, respond to inquiries and resolve problems in a timely fashion to

move accounts rapidly through the sales process.

Support the sales team and Key Accounts to increase customer loyalty and increase business to customers potential. Identify new customers and support the sales team in assess the sales potential. Perform training activities in order to make the sales team confident in product/solution performance and clients able to explore solutions

to their expectations.

Works closely with the sales force, with colleagues in other regions and with Marketing to develop and execute marketing strategies while

compiling and feeding back market trends and observations.

Works closely with Field Applications, Customer Service, Distribution etc, to ensure that business transactions run smoothly and customer

satisfaction is maintained at a high level.

Promote products and services through customer visit, presentation and demonstration. Provide product expertise with regard to market, applications and competition. Help marketing people to build events/meetings/congresses in the area of interest Travel nationally as required by the role

Solution.

Aptitude to present multiple complementary product lines, offering a global solution for final customer Strong will to understand customer needs in order to be able to offer the best solution. Ability to develop relationships and work effectively with customers and internal partners Understanding of the sales process and ability to influence customer buying decisions Possesses strong communication, support and training skills. Exhibits a high degree of flexibility in adapting to a rapidly changing environment Demonstrates strong initiative; willingness to take ownership for results Be organized Attention to detail; flexible and adaptable

Education:

Graduation in Veterinary Medicine, Agronomy, Biology, Pharmacy, Biomedicine or related field
Advanced English

Technical knowledge in Diagnosis and Molecular Biology (must have).


Experience:

Sales and customer experience is highly desirable.

Preferred experience in diagnostic or Applied markets.
