Reports To: Assistant Depot Manager

Position Location: Horsham

Number of Direct Reports none

Position Summary: Day to day monitoring and processing of all Partner network invoices

Key Responsibilities:

  • Checking and verification of vendor invoices and credit notes including, but not limited to, checks against Vendor and Client contracts
  • Distribution of vendor invoices to local FCS sites
  • Reconciliation of vendor invoices
  • Investigate and resolve vendor and internal FCS queries relating to invoicing
  • Meet required SLAs
  • Maintain monthly Key Performance Indicators and problem reporting
  • Assisting in other areas of the Depot Management department when required and provide holiday cover for other members of the department
