As Field Service Manager you will be responsible to lead a team of engineers and the support functions within CMD. Managing and building the relationships with our customers.
Responsibilities:
  • Line manage a team of Engineers
  • Leads, educates, mentors and empowers direct reports, work closely with Unity Lab services and factories to :
  • Improve account retention and expansion
  • Increase growth for all service delivery
  • Customer complaint and hot account management
  • Support the business in accurate reporting of revenues and costs and drivers for these
  • Implement all business processes, procedures and programs related to the Unity Lab Services Organization.
  • Ensure highest productively of team
  • Support the building of strategic and operational plans, budgets and programs consistent with the overall Unity Lab services strategy in order to achieve company goals (AOP, HRR, STRAP, CAS)
  • Actively participates and supports contract sales process and key revenue streams.
  • Travel to customers and channel partners and other company locations on a regular basis. Have direct relationship with key customer contact points (Purchasing, management, departmental management etc). OWN and take CARE of all our customers
  • Ensure active participation in the Field activities.
  • Lead and drive PPI ( process improvement ) initiatives and ensure vibrant pipe line of PPI ideas from direct managed staff
  • Achieve high level of CAS ( Customer satisfaction ) and support co-managers and directors to ensure highest CAS scores
  • Ensure that PMD are maintained for all direct reports.
  • Act as key “go to” person in your team and region.
  • Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Professional background in Electronics/Chemistry/Engineering or related subjects
  • Strong Leadership and management skills
  • Good Product Knowledge of the TMO Products of Unity Lab Services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work across all levels, functions and regions
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks with different priorities
  • Multicultural management experience is advantageous
  • Excellent inter-personal, self-motivational and negotiating skills
  • Driving License
  • Willingness to travel mainly within Europe/EMEA territory. For meetings, international traveling including the US may be required.
  • Excellent English skills, both verbal and written

  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks with different priorities
  • Willingness to travel mainly within Europe/European Territory. For meetings, international traveling including the US is required.
  • Excellent English skills, both verbal and written
  • Fluent in local language of area being managed.
  • Understanding of local cultural nuance
