Job Description
  • Develop a compelling Go to Market Strategy (national/regional) for a range of products catering to Pharma or equally compliant manufacturing industries
  • Design, develop and train Sales team with campaigns specifically targeting key end users and map the revenue from such campaigns
  • Analyze data and assist with new product introduction and monitor incremental revenue/margin expansion via differentiated customer/product mix
  • Assist (documentation, quote assistance) with bulk sales & localization strategies to increase revenue.
  • Increase awareness about the products/brands within the users.
  • Facilitate and execute discovery days, marcom activities ensuring brand awareness for the organization in the market.
  • Improve CAS score for Laboratory Solutions India
  • Keep abreast on market and customer research to provide knowledge about market and industry to internal and external customers
  • Organize regular reviews and training with sales team to monitor target achievement and take corrective measures
