Job Description

Responsibilities and Authorities
  • Participate in NPI projects as a quality lead; establish and implement quality requirements and deliverables, support DHF development, ensure documentations are robust and processes are validated.
  • Manage customer feedback and enhance customer satisfaction through collaborating with cross functional team, addressing customer requirements and speed up quality issue resolution. Participate in quality escalation issues
  • Provide management with quality data and trends in product performance in meeting customer requirements by providing and monitoring of Product quality trend. Chair Product Quality Team monthly meeting and provide timely updates to stakeholders
  • Manage process and product change control
  • Support Manufacturing line issues
  • Initiate problem-solving activities and improvement programs and work with manufacturing or engineering to achieve short and long-term product improvements
  • Develop and enhance process control system to drive continuous improvement on product quality including reducing COPQ, customer escapes etc
  • Manage quality deliverables in projects, including the creation of control documentation, establishing process control and training of quality inspectors
  • Support plant-wide activities and special projects, as assigned.
  • Supports company goals and objectives, policies and procedures in compliance with quality systems, cGMP and FDA regulations. 
  • Ensure that systems and procedures are in compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO13485, ISO14971, FDA 21CFR Part 820 and OHSAS 18001 requirement
  • Degree in any discipline and at least 5 years of relevant working experience.
