We are a team of digital marketers who work at Thermo Fisher Scientific to deliver best in class industry results. We are looking for a partner to collaborate on campaigns and play a pivotal role in building a successful demand generation team. This person will be responsible for being the voice of our digital advertising channels and establishing processes for our business to take advantage of everything they have to offer. Acting as both leader and manager, this person will be pushing into new ad implementations such as PLA’s, RSLA’s, remarketing, and growing our footprint into more social advertising while building validation for expanding into additional advertising mediums. POSITION SUMARY:

We are looking for a partner to collaborate on campaigns and play a pivotal role in building a successful demand generation team. This person will be responsible for being the voice of our digital advertising channels and establishing processes for our business to take advantage of everything they have to offer. Acting as both leader and manager, this person will be pushing into new ad implementations such as PLA’s, RSLA’s, remarketing, and growing our footprint into more social advertising while building validation for expanding into additional advertising mediums.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Experience building media plans and executing online marketing programs using Google AdWords, Display, and paid social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube
  • Experience building content for and utilizing DSP and DMP platforms
  • QA ad creative, targeting, and budgets to ensure error free deployment
  • Campaign and budget management as well as maintenance and optimization of many campaigns from development to implementation, and finally analysis and expansion
  • Exceptional project management skills are a MUST
  • Monthly performance reporting and insights
  • Be on top of the paid acquisition best practices and bring new and innovative ideas to the team for testing.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 5-8 years’ experience in digital marketing, advertising, or consulting
  • Experience with enterprise level bid management platforms (e.g. Adobe media optimizer, Marin)
  • Experience buying media across major ad exchanges such as Google AdX, Pubmatic, OpenX, Rubicon, etc.…
  • Experience with web analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Web Analytics, etc.)
  • Analytical approach to problem solving
  • A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work with a wide range of individuals
  • Ability to influence various stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization
  • Excellent written communication & copywriting skills
  • Strong creative intuition on messaging and designs that resonate with customers and an ability to learn from previous campaigns to improve on performance
  • A strong disposition for data-driven decision making
  • BA / BS degree required.
