In order to ensure that the Third Party Services Hub Manager has enaough time to dedicate to team developement and to assist with personal development of the group we are looking to introduce a Team Leader :

Performance Management

  • Run induction programmes for new recruits in line with the Third Party Services ISO SOP documents and in line with probationary requirements
  • Conduct regular performance assessments to measure against defined criteria
  • Identify departmental, and individual, skill and competency shortfalls, define training plans and undertake necessary coaching, training and mentoring activity to ensure that all staff handles transactions in accordance with defined procedures and standards.
  • Develop and maintain a positive work environment maintaining the dignity and respect of all team members through active management and appropriate.
  • Manage absence levels to KPI requirement.
  • Implement and train where appropriate Standard Operating Procedures to support third party contractual agreements
  • Support TP Specialist with Supplier negotiation if required
  • Perform regular one to one reviews with direct reports to measure and assess progress and identify coaching or development needs

Resource management and planning

  • Plan and manage internal resources, in liaison with line Manager, to ensure that there is an appropriate level of departmental resource to service inbound enquiries and contract activity.
  • Set individual and team goals and targets in conjunction with Line Manager
  • Monitor workflow and patterns to avoid the development of backlogs, using Daily Management information.
  • Assist Line Manager with the recruitment for departmental vacancies
  • Run daily management meetings, and collect issues & implement investigation and resolutions
  • Maintain/update the daily management boards within the department
  • Act as first point of contact for direct reports in relation to complaints or operational issues, escalate onwards to line manager when appropriate

Reporting & Measurement

  • Compile and analyze reports against departmental KPI’s, goals and targets. Suggest proactive measures to address findings where appropriate, work with line manager on continual process improvement.
  • Analyze monthly MBR data, review revenue and margin performance against target/plan
  • Compile & update Tier 1/2/3 boards with required statistical information, review with Line manager on a monthly basis to identify improvement areas, and implement resulting solutions as appropriate
  • Compile as required customer reports to support contractual agreements
  • Track and analyze margin performance for the TP service, ensuring corrective/proactive action is taken to reach or exceed margin goals.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable track record of success in supervisory/management positions
  • A college degree in business, science or related field is desirable
  • An ability to operate within a matrix structure and build strong relationships; collaborative style with strong leadership skills and a demonstrated commitment to our values – Integrity, Intensity, Innovation & Involvement
  • Effective communicator (verbal, written and presentation), with a demonstrable ability to influence through a straight-forward style of communication; negotiation skills with demonstrable success in achieving win-win outcomes (for both supplier and customer negotiations).
  • You are required to be smartly presented at all times and have a professional approach when dealing with customers and key stakeholders
  • Experience in driving employee engagement and team performance within a sales driven environment
  • Occasional Travel required
  • Language requirements : French and English / Additional language skill as German, Spanish or Italian will be appreciated
