For our local IT team we are looking for you as
IT-Coordinator (m/f)
Region Hennigsdorf bei Berlin

The IT-Coordinator‘s role is to ensure the smooth IT Operation at our site in Hennigsdorf. You are the link between business and IT and support implementing systems along Thermo Fisher's IT roadmap. You enable key business initiatives, processes and strategy goals. You will also be coordinating the execution of daily support tickets and enhancements. Furthermore you will be participating in regional and global projects within Thermo Fisher.

Your responsibilities:
Troubleshoot technical application and data issues and engage with the corporate IT or third party suppliers for higher levels of supports
Provide consulting and problem solving skills to continuously improve business processes.
Communication of system changes and issues at all levels to all relevant users.
Establishment of business and customer relationships through understanding the global business processes (Creation of project charters and -plans, reports, budget plans, target operating models and specifications requirements in a GXP environment).
Documentation and maintenance of IT relevant processes, like (Standard Operation Procedures).
Participation in auditing activities like supplier audits and internal/external audits (ISO, SOX etc.).
Management of IT relevant purchase/lease, maintenance and service contracts.
Provision and security of high performance data (backup and recovery

Your qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration or any related experience is preferred.
Good technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, and functional skills in SAP
Strong collaborative and excellent interpersonal skills required to communicate and work with all levels of employees paired with problem solving and analytical thinking skills.
Experience in driving effective change management, application and system support processes.
Experience with system Development Lifecycle methodologies
Sound communication skills in both English and German are mandatory
