Job Description
  • Management of Employee Queries (Payroll, Leave, Attendance, Loan, PF, Gratuity etc.) and resolution of the same within the TAT stipulated in SLA
  • Maintenance of Leave & Attendance
  • Monitoring adherence to Statutory Regulations, Labor Laws & Compliances including formulating Processes, Documentation & Business Control Checks and coordinating with Auditors for timely conduct of Internal & Statutory Audits.
  • Effective Vendor Management to deal with HR Operations Related Vendors
  • Extend necessary support to other colleagues as and when required
  • Maintenance of Trackers on a real time basis
