Responsible for processing high value orders and quotes
Responsible for managing Key accounts and sending out weekly order status
Responsible for managing back order communication to customers
Responsible for customer complaint management
Responsible for sending out reports like open orders report and productivity report
Minimum Qualifications / Skills required
Graduate with 4-5 years of experience in core customer service function
Knowledge on M S Office and ERP is Mandatory.
Should possess good decision making, Conflict management and Problem solving skills.
Working experience in Pharma/Biotech/Life Science Industry will be preferred
Working knowledge in customs bonded warehouse and Customs transactions with knowledge on various incoterms will be preferred.
