Job Description

The Digital Transformation Market Development team is the spearhead of our digital science technologies, championing the digital platform to internal partners and external customers. The team is responsible for the development and communication of its value proposition in order to increase global customer engagement and digitally drive revenue.

You will be responsible for communicating the digital platform in external facing customer communications and aligning with our internal business units in order to integrate messaging for product area campaigns. Success in this role requires being highly skilled at influential communication across a broad organization as well as creating and executing upon integrated marketing campaigns including: planning, optimizing, implementing and analyzing marketing strategies and activities.

This role will incorporate Voice of the Customer into the content that communicates value and helps customers understand our integrated platform and transition into a software service provider. They will also be responsible for synthesizing customer and field feedback from our business development and corporate accounts partners in a meaningful way to provide to executive leadership. They will drive alignment and integration with our internal business units in order to incorporate messaging that aligns

Key responsibilities include:

  • Internal alignment & collaboration
    • Creating partnerships with internal business units to create digital transformation champions who help communicate among their teams
    • Creating a tool set of critical messages, images, and processes to help align and integrate messaging for new product introductions and marketing campaigns across the organization
    • Helping to train on best practices and facilitate cross-functional teams to support customer solutions
  • Customer communications
    • Forming strategic customer facing campaigns to drive customer engagement into the digital platform utilizing traditional sales support tools and innovative digital campaigns
    • Developing and executing tactical plans to influence customers driving registrations and monthly active users
    • Coordinating content across teams to spearhead simplified customer presentations that demonstrate value from across all digital offerings for the organization
  • Elevating and synthesizing the voice of the customer
    • Intake feedback from our customer facing teams in business development, corporate accounts, and sales
    • Synthesize feedback, document it, and create a shareable asset that can be easily passed on to communicate the feedback and recommendations
    • Implement a process to share the VOC with executive leadership with clarity on items of high importance to customers and those things we hear repeatedly
    • Work closely with pilot customers of the digital platform to receive their insights on what delights them, what concerns them, and facilitate continuous collaboration

Qualifications:

  • Prior marketing experience building strategic marketing plans, seeing them through to execution, measuring results, and continuing to iterate to improve
  • Successful track record of achieving results through and in collaboration with others
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to meet project deadlines in a timely manner
  • Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with leadership
  • Demonstrated project planning skills
  • Comfort with a high level of intensity and change, ability to be agile and continuously improve
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Customer first perspective, putting the customers needs at the center of our work
  • Ability to travel ≤ 20% of the time
  • Undergraduate degree required, marketing or science focus preferred
