Intern- IT Enterprise Application Service Management

Summary of Internship

The Intern of IT Enterprise Application Services (EAS) Service Management works closely with the EAS Service Management Leader and team, to develop, implement, and maintain EAS Service Management websites on the new iConnect.

The Intern will also work with the EAS Community (Business Analysts, System Analysts, Developers, Project Managers, System Admins, etc.) to perform data analysis & identify opportunities, to improve the service level agreement (SLAs) on ServiceNow tickets, in order to better support our internal customers.

Essential Functions
  • Understand IT EAS Service Management Process, and document the process and develop related training material
  • Work with the EAS Community (Business Analysts, System Analysts, Developers, Project Managers, etc.) to ensure others follow the process
  • Design, develop, and maintain EAS Service Management websites on the new iConnect
  • Perform data analysis on Metrics (SLAs) and drive improvements for EAS Service Management
  • Work with Application teams to plan, prioritize, and drive tickets through closure
  • Identify gaps and opportunities to provide better IT support for our customers

Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a collegiate program
  • Minimum of 3.0 GPA
  • Great communication and collaboration skills
  • Computer science or computer engineering, or like engineering field
