Job Description

How Will You Make an Impact?

Work with a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, scientists and Field Service Engineers to introduce new products and support legacy Ion Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry instruments

What will you do?

  • Provide technical support for existing product lines and interface with vendors / PCB fabrication houses and customers to resolve design and manufacturing issues
  • Identify quality issues and manage resolution utilizing Failure Analysis, Troubleshooting, Root Cause Analysis and problem solving techniques.
  • Manage development of test fixtures and write test procedures for production and supplier use
  • Support and sustain electrical tests and equipment
  • Develop test methods to verify design changes
  • Write, review, modify and approve Engineering Change Orders, Product Release forms, source changes, part and assembly documentation, and other items in accordance with functional procedures.
  • Review and disposition non-conforming material


How will you get there?


Education
  • B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.

Experience
  • Minimum five years related work experience.
  • Experience with PCBA design, manufacture, test and troubleshooting
  • Experience with manufacturing support of electromechanical devices
  • Experience working in an ISO/FDA regulated environment, including manufacturing support, writing Engineering Change Orders, and process improvement is required.
  • Experience with New Product Development, including verification, validation and FMEA
  • Knowledge of RoHS requirements.
  • Working knowledge of CE, EMC, and product safety regulatory standards.
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Bias for action, result’s oriented
  • Strong proactive problem solver
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to travel up to 10% on an annual basis.
