Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Reports To:
Location: Rodano, Milan (Italy)

Position Summary:
  • Ensuring that orders are placed and received in a timely manner;
  • Monitoring quotes, orders, and order confirmations;
  • Processing and optimizing orders and check deliveries;
  • MEPA
  • Analyze public and private tenders
  • Assess the opportunity to participate in the tenders by verifying all the administrative, technical and economic requirements
  • Coordinate the whole process of collecting and preparing tender documentation
  • Work in strict connection with the area managers to secure and grant all the offers
  • Manage the tenders notice and the calls for bids

Required Qualifications

· Experience working with public tenders is mandatory
· Order processing experience is considered an advantage
· Good verbal and written communication skills, ability to work across all levels, functions and regions
· Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks with different priorities
· Excellent inter-personal and sellf-motivational skills
· Ability to work as part of a team.
· Strong problem solving skills
· Flexibility, Adaptability, Precision
· Proficiency with standard computer software packages, SAP is a plus.
· A discrete level of written and spoken English is also required.
