Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with strategic partners and distributors in customer education and scientific promotion 积极与策略伙伴及其经销商配合并协同工作,为客户提供教育和学术支持
  • Visiting end users to understand their needs, reviewing and defining the applications value of PCT 和重点客户建立并保持沟通,以充分了解市场并对客户的问题提供及时反馈和解决
  • Leverage the resources and efforts from partners to apply reimbursement approval and relevant matters in territory 区域内各种资源协调,以配合收费项目和医保的申请
  • Providing training and application support to customers and distributors in territory 区域内用户的产品和临床应用培训

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or above in medicine or relevant;
  • 3+ years experience in sales and distribution channel management position, with successful track record IVD领域5年的销售经验,有一定的商业开发和管理能力;
  • Good communication skill, High team spirit能独立组织会议,有外企2年以上的工作经验;
  • Willing to travel frequently;
  • Work hard, and willing to face challenge
