Position Summary:
The Sr. Financial Analyst is a key member of the Group FP&A team and reports into the Sr. Manager of Management Reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain robust and scaleable short and long term financial models for the Group, ensuring alignment across divisions
  • Help drive and manage the monthly close and forecast process
  • Help drive the annual AOP and STRAP processes (calendar, modeling, communication, consolidation)
  • Support LSG level reporting commitments including financial reviews, flash reports, outlooks, Quarterly Business Reviews, ad hoc reports
  • Drive continuous improvement and automation of key processes
  • Ad hoc financial modeling and analysis to drive business decisions

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Solid systems experience, including, but not limited to: E1, SAP, EDW, Hyperion Planning, HFM/CMR
  • Technical ability to effectively navigate interplay between financial systems is a must
  • Very inquisitive with a natural curiosity
  • Ability to establish credibility and indirectly influence others, building effective partnerships throughout the organization (e.g., internal customers, FP&A, senior leadership)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interpret and summarize financial analysis results in a clear, concise, accurate manner
  • Desire to formulate and drive process improvements, with confidence to challenge the status quo
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines
  • Display maturity in dealing with highly confidential and sensitive financial information
  • Foresight to anticipate implications of decisions (i.e., ability to proactively address problems)
  • Degree in finance or related field with in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Income Statement and Balance Sheet.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in a finance role with hands-on experience in providing financial analysis to drive key business decisions within the context of a matrix organization and/or corporate environment
