Offer administrative support for Thermofisher Scientific Chemical Analysis Division (CAD) Sales & Service teams in México, and Latam where
applies. This roll is a commercial position which pro actively coordinates orders containing standard products or engineering products.
Maintain the objectives of the company achieving a harmony between the cycle time, order logistics and the financial situation of the projects.
Serve customers demonstrating a leadership role in basic and intermediate levels of clients and activities and/or responsibilities related to
customer orders. Communicate with all levels of the company, i.e. plant, credit, sales and any other department that will help him to make
sure that the orders will be delivered on time. This position communicates direct with clients to establish a link between Thermo Fisher and
their customers in order to communicate order status. Keep Field Operations teams continuously updated
Principle Job Responsibilities
l Respond to RTQ from customers received from the Sales and Service teams across México and Latam where applies
l Coordinate activities with Back Office Team.
l Take ownership for customer orders received, ensuring clean order process against quotations and verify them for accuracy.
Handling technical and commercial information and qualification coming from the Sales and Service Team, produce
simple/routine sales quotations (using templates) for spares, repairs, training and PSA services.
Coordinate order entry into the sales order processing systems ensuring all data is checked and accurate; close out all Field
Engineering Reports and system projects once invoiced (where applicable).
l Ensure that the internal order are placed by the purchasing department to our manufacturing sites.
l Take ownership for factory repair and other service issues.
l Take responsibility to coordinate invoicing customers once orders are complete.
l Manage the customer alliance survey (CAS), for all CAD Bu's
l Liaise with Service team to inform about the status or possible challenges regarding received orders.
l Maintain accurate and updated order backlog.
l Follow and help improve existing work processes and procedures
l Develop and maintain a sound knowledge of CAD products and services.
l Other administrative tasks as required.
l Follow up Product and Project Calls
l Owner of Weekly Backlog Report
l Lead new CRM Implementation in México.
l Provide an accurate forecast information for revenues
l Coordinate the claim process (RMA)
Coordinate the customer services activities with the back office team:Manage the distributors backlogInvoicing process for
standard itemsProvide shipping informationChanneling customer claimsKeep up dated the pricing information in the
systemAttend calls from customers, sales and/or services engineersLoad the order in the most current system (ERP)
