The role
As project manager you will work with our Life science Business Unit on our top product Krios and on its application for biological & virus research. You will work with different departments to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget and time. You manage projects in the various stages of preparation and realization, guides the staff and evaluates the projects. You realize projects in accordance with agreed results in terms of time, costs and quality. We are looking for a creative and dedicated individual who feels at home in our collaborative and very dynamic culture. The job requires flexibility, especially around end-of-month and quarter deadlines. Your Project Manager responsibilities:
• Meet with project stakeholders to take detailed information and clarify specific requirements of each project
• Delegate project tasks within the team members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels and execute parts by yourself
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with all related functions and stakeholders as well as team members
• Use and continually develop leadership skills

Skills and Credentials

In order to be successful you will have:
• MsC in a technical field like Physics, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics or equivalent;
• 5 years’ experience in project management;
• Experience in the high tech industry;
• Familiarity with vendor and customer collaboration and project management tools;
• Experience with continuous process improvement
• IPMA, Prince or other PMP Certification
• Advanced time management and analytical skills
• Excellent stakeholder -facing communication and negotiation skills
