Job Description
DUTIES:

Provide solutions and recommendations to the environment support team regarding enhancements, issues, releases and overall maintenance of environment.

Maintain the functional areas of data integrity and object management, while providing solution support and development.
Manage and lead initiatives that relate to the overall health of the environment.
Convert user stories into accurate CRM solutions.
Provide SFDC and Developer support to drive CRM solutions aligned with company’s strategic objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field of study plus 5 years of software development, systems engineering, information technology or related experience.

Must have experience or knowledge of:

Salesforce Administration;
Customization;
Data Validation;
Service Cloud;
SF2SF;
Custom Application Development;
Data migration;
Data loader;
Certified Salesforce.com developer; and
SFDC Certifications.
