The Finance team is charged with delivery of financial systems that result in timely, accurate and relevant information that facilitates management decision-making, providing financial management that partners with operating management to maximize financial performance, improves and maintains strong internal controls, provides the necessary monetary infusions to allow for planned growth, including acquisitions, and provides a high degree of sales support to facilitate continued penetration into new customers, new markets and new geographies.

Responsibilities:

· Full cycle Accounts Payable: invoice processing, payment processing and filing

· Three-way match, code and enter invoices

· Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment

· Communicate with other departments and vendors on any discrepancies or issues on invoices

· Review and reconcile vendor statements

· Maintain vendor files

· Prepare and process weekly payments: ACH, checks and Wires

· Process expense report reimbursement

· Month-end closing responsibilities: accruals, journal entries and allocations

· Ensure internal policies/SOX controls and approvals are followed and adhered to

· Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

· Minimum two years experience in manufacturing environment

· Excellent computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Attention to detail in all areas

· Quick learner who is able to work well under pressure

· Ability to articulate ideas clearly & effectively

· Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

· Ability to successfully manage and prioritize projects and deadlines

· High degree of ownership, willing to take on tasks and projects outside of immediate responsibilities

· Team player, dependable and flexible

· Self-starter who proactively takes initiative
