Job Description

Key Responsibilities: (Bullets)

  • Monitor quality performance of products, customer complaint handling and analyzing customer feedback

负责监控产品质量,处理客户投诉,分析客户反馈

  • Directly and timely communicate with customer for quality and technical issues

直接面向客户,负责与客户沟通质量和技术问题

  • Improve efficiency of customer quality feedback system by coordinating between commercial channels and manufacturing forces

通过协调商务团队及制造资源,负责改进客户反馈处理的效率

  • Organize RGA process cross-functionally, control RMA process(tracking, log in, analyzing return goods)

负责组织跨部门的不良品退回,管理RMA流程(追踪、登记、分析客退品)

  • Conduct process audit and product audit to identify improvement opportunity; analyze root cause for quality problem and work through corrective and preventive action

负责组织过程审核和产品审核,识别改进机会;分析质量问题的根本原因及采取纠正预防措施

  • Review engineering change from product compliance aspect

负责评估工程变更,符合公司流程及法规要求

  • Ability to achieve goals independently within a challenging time frame

能独立开展工作,在既定时间范围内完成工作任务

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: (Bullets)

  • 5 years above experiences in quality function department in manufacturing industry

具备5年以上制造业质量部门工作经验

  • Solid experience of leading customer complaint handling (≥ 3 years)

具备3年以上扎实的领导处理客户投诉的经验

  • Professional technical or engineering experience

专业的技术或制造工程经验

  • Strong inter-personal skills

良好的人际沟通能力

  • Excellent oral and written communication skill in English, be able to work in a multicultural environment

要求熟练的书面及英语口语技能,能在跨文化的环境工作

  • Implementation experience in ISO9001 or ISO13485

具备一定的ISO9001 或ISO13485质量管理体系工作实战经验
