To help with this, before any challenging discussion, have a board of the different stakeholders and assess their views. Her key to success, “participate in meetings with different functions and invite the other functions to our Finance meetings.”
"Having less time with her family. “Although I feel very well organized, I have never been as present as some other mothers, but I try to compensate as much as I can over the weekends and never miss birthdays!”
"Be well organized and make sure that you are supported by your family in your day to day work. Don’t be afraid of moving, changing – children take less time than you to get used to their new life. Go abroad, it will open your mind and make you see other viewpoints."
