Through four six-month rotations, you’ll gain exposure to various business operations in different locations. Rotations include Financial Planning & Analysis, Cost Accounting, Internal Audit, Corporate Strategy & Development and more.
General Management - MBA Program
If you are an MBA graduate with an interest in general management, our GM track is a great way to keep building your career. Multiple rotation assignments over two years provide broad experience in different facets of general management while allowing for exposure to Thermo Fisher’s core processes, technologies, and leaders.
The HR track focuses on building the next generation of HR leadership across the company. Multiple rotation assignments over two years provide broad experience to the Human Resources function, while allowing for exposure to the company's core processes, technologies, and leaders. Previous rotations have included HR Generalist, HR Integration Analyst, Compensation Analyst, Learning and Development Associate, HR Special Projects Lead and HR Business Analyst.
In the Information Technology program, you’ll gain exposure to core company processes, technologies and leaders. The IT Leadership Development Program affords participants an outstanding opportunity to produce results, quickly gain credibility and develop a strong company network over two years.
Our Operations Leadership Development Program focuses on building leaders in Manufacturing, Production, Supply Chain, and Distribution. This program is a tremendous opportunity to work side by side with operations leaders at one of the most respected global biotechnology companies in the world. Upon completion, the participant will have accelerated their professional growth and developed a very strong foundation and network across the company.
