Singapore hosts all major business groups of Thermo Fisher Scientific: commercial, operations, R&D, corporate functions as well as many key APAC regional colleagues. We have approximately 1,000 employees located across Marsiling, Gul Circle, Tuas, Ayer Rajah, Pandan Crescent, Alexandra and Toh Guan, and local sites are growing rapidly with our business.
In Malaysia, we have offices in Shan Alam, a microbiology production facility in Malacca and branch sales offices in Johore and Penang. With over 200 employees, our Malaysia team offers our customers great sales and after-sales support.
Rest of Southeast Asia (SEA)
Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam represent the growth markets for the SEA region. We now have a sales office in Bangkok, Thailand with approximately 10 employees, a commercial office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam with approximately 5 employees, and initial in-country sales business development resources in the Philippines and Indonesia.
With approximately 150 employees, 3 commercial offices and 1 warehouse, our team in Taiwan delivers comprehensive product portfolio and commercial services.
