Undergraduate Leadership Development Programs
Finance Leadership Development Program
Through four six-month rotations, you’ll gain exposure to various business operations in different locations. Rotations include Financial Planning & Analysis, Cost Accounting, Internal Audit, Corporate Strategy & Development and more.
Information Technology Leadership Development Program
In the Information Technology program, you’ll gain exposure to core company processes, technologies and leaders. Rotations include Business Analyst, CIO Special Projects, Global Infrastructure Services and Global Applications.
Operations Leadership Development Program
Our Operations Leadership Development Program focuses on building leaders in Manufacturing, Production and Distribution. Rotations include Production Supervisor, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Engineer, Planning & Sourcing, Distribution Operations and more.
Procurement Leadership Development Program
If you are interested in the sourcing and planning end of the supply chain, join us in our Procurement Leadership Development Program. Rotations include Buyer/Planner, Procurement Excellence, Supplier Quality Engineer, and Sourcing Category Leader.
Product Development Leadership Program
For professionals in R&D and engineering, the path to becoming the next generation of innovators and product developers begins here. Opportunities are available in science (chemistry, biology and physics) as well as engineering (electrical, mechanical and software). This program is open to graduates of all degree levels.
Graduate Leadership Development Programs (GLDP)
General Management Track
If you are an MBA graduate with an interest in general management, GLDP is a great way to keep building your career. You’ll gain broad exposure to our business through three diverse eight-month rotational experiences. Your rotations will be based on your career interests and areas of development, with input from our program stakeholders. Previous rotations have included Marketing, Product Management, Operations/Sourcing, Integration, Corporate Strategy and Development, and Business Development.
Human Resources Track
The HR track of GLDP focuses on building the next generation of HR leadership across the company. You’ll be exposed to a variety of HR disciplines through three diverse eight-month rotational experiences. Your rotations will be based on your career interests and areas of development, with input from our program stakeholders. Previous rotations have included HR Generalist, HR Integration Analyst, Compensation Analyst, Learning and Development Associate, HR Special Projects Lead and HR Business Analyst.
